I was born in Tunnel Hill, GA in 1973, and
I am the youngest of four children.  My parents
are the Reverend George and Betty Witt.   My
wife Mira and I will be celebrating our 16th
wedding anniversary in Jan of this year, and we
reside in Tunnel Hill, GA.  We have been
blessed with two children, Kristen and Gregory,
Jr.  My family and I attend City View Church Of
God in Dalton, GA.  Southern Gospel has been a
major influence in my life even in my early
childhood.  I remember being 8 years old and
singing with my family.  I had no idea what part I
was singing, but I knew that I was enjoying
every minute of it.  During my teenage years, I
played and sang with many groups, but the seed
my parents planted led me back to Southern
Gospel.  Several years ago, the Lord led me to
start Emmaus Road Quartet as the tenor singer.
Now I am only original member and the manager
of the group.  Even though, I was singing in
groups before the age of 18, it was at Spring Hill
Missionary Baptist Church, when I accepted
Jesus Christ as my personal Savior.   During that
same year, I strayed from God and he brought
me back with a great testimony. I was involved
in an accident where the vehicle flipped three
times, threw me out and landed on top of me. It
was then that I dedicated my life to serving Him
through song. Now there is nothing I would
rather do then sing for my Lord Jesus Christ.  I
welcome the opportunity to spread the word of
God by song, and to share my testimony with
anyone.... anywhere.... anytime!

God Bless
Greg Witt
